PROJECT 1 - BUILD THE BRIDGE​

Build a safe haven facility. Build a strong foundation & support system. 

Build & Gain trust with each child that enters the facility.  

Build Knowledge & Build Network Connections.​

Donations for the Build the Bridge Program will provide each child with sleeping quarters and with any needed necessities like food, clothing, shoes, diapers, etc.  The donations will also be used to pay for any expenses accrued for supplies, housing, building, remodeling, training, transportation, staff, etc.

PROJECT 2 - BE THE BRIDGE​

Be Supportive. 

Be Resourceful. 

Be Understanding. 

Be Accepting. Be Nurturing. Be Comforting.

Emergency Foster Care Placement at the BE THE BRIDGE Facility will last 0-7 days while social workers assess & stabilize the child's family situation and while social workers identify the best possible long-term placement.

Our facility will bridge the gap between the time the child enters into the system till the time that they transition into a longer-term placement.

PROJECT 3 - ​​CROSS THE BRIDGE

Help a child cross through their fears with much more ease during their traumatic experience.  Help a child cross with any survival tools needed.

Within 7 days, DSS will find a longer term Foster Home Placement and/or Family Placement.  Upon leaving, each child will receive an Exit Package to help them through the next stage.
